A dry rub is essential when preparing meat. Especially slow cooked or smoked. Our Universal Dry Rub compliments pork, beef, chicken, venison, you name it.
Super easy to quickly throw together, and no need for uncommon components. This recipe will take care of 3-4 pounds of meat.
- 3 Tbs Light Brown Sugar
- 2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- ½ Tsp Garlic Powder
Mix everything well in a medium bowl. Apply liberally and work well by hand, to room temperature meat. All to sit for aprox 15 minutes before cooking.
