Our Apple Valley Farm Barnwood Mosaics (some of our customers call them "wood quilts" or "barn quilts") are completely one-of-a-kind mosaic patterns, hand cut and assembled from reclaimed, antique barnwood. We select every piece, carefully choosing just the right color, texture and shade, and combine them all to for a beautiful, unique wall hanging that will wow everyone who enters the room.
Although we employ many different methods, typically, we assemble your Barnwood Mosaic on a round plywood back. 1/4 inch thick for 10-21 inch sizes, and 1/2 inch thick for 26 inch and larger. However, we also use square and rectangular backing, incorporating plywood, MDF or shiplap and other lumber panels. We also offer rustic framing on any of our square or rectangular designs.
All mosaic pieces are permanently glued to the backing for a lifetime of beauty and durability, without any annoying and distracting nail holes. Then we add only elegant D-Ring hangers and heavy-duty picture wire to the back for easy hanging, right out of the box.
Available in a variety of sizes, there’s a Barnwood Mosaic for any space. Our standard sizes range from 10-42 inches in diameter. But if you need a larger mosaic, contact us for custom pricing.
NOTE: All Barnwood Mosaic pieces are selected at the artistic discretion of Apple Valley Farm, but if you have custom color needs, contact us for availability and possible custom pricing. Custom orders will increase production times.

NOTE: SHIPPING POLICY - The above prices do NOT include shipping costs. So if you are local and are picking up your order, awesome! Then place your order. But if you require shipping of your Barnwood Mosaic, you MUST contact us BEFORE placing your order so we can determine your shipping costs, and then give you a total amount for your order, with instructions for placing it. Any order cancellations because of a misunderstanding regarding this process or the cost of shipping will result in a 20% Cancellation Fee. No exceptions. Please don't make us be meanies. :)
